Frustrated!

So, any ideas as to why I now am required to upload a preview image for an image? This image, to be exact:

I can't get it to show up with a preview image. It seems to think that preview image IS the actual image. And I can't get the preview image to work the way it should. Any help whatsoever would be a BIG help.
